Doug Wimbish On The Move

Doug goes to Prague on Friday 4-21-06 for the album “Gipsy Goes To Hollywood” release party by the band Gulo èar. Doug Wimbish produced the new album and he will also play with the band on April 22, 2006 in Brno and April 27 in Prague.

Doug will fly back to London and continue work on his solo project at On U Sound. He will also visit Trace Elliot in Colby, North England in 2 weeks.

On May 4, 5 & 6 the London Guitar Show is scheduled to take place at Wembley where Trace Elliot will present Doug Wimbish, Will Calhoun and Skip McDonald, collectively known as Headfake featuring Skip McDonald. Additional info can be found at web site http://www.londonguitarshow.co.uk/stage1.cfm

Doug and Will are slated to travel to Australia on May 8, 2006 to meet up with the other half of Living Colour, Vernon Reid and Cory Clover. Living Colour will perform 3 nights in Sidney and 3 nights in Melbourne.
