Living Colour playing Moogfest @ BB Kings

MOOGFEST 2005 features Edgar Winter, DJ Logic, Living Colour, Sabina Sciubba & Didi Gutman (Brazilian Girls), Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), Adam Holzman (Miles Davis), Money Mark (Beastie Boys), Gershon Kingsley, Jason Miles, Steve Molitz (Particle) & more TBA. It was a little over 50 years ago that American maverick inventor Robert Moog began developing instruments that altered the course of modern music for all time and have since become an integral part of our musical culture. To honor Moog and commemorate his groundbreaking achievements, several renowned keyboardists and longstanding Moog users will perform in tonight's gala Moogfest. Plexifilm will be releasing the new Moog documentary DVD in conjunction with this show.

we recieved an email from Mr. Vernon Reid with the following updates for Yohimbe Brothers, Masque and Living Colour fans

Yohimbe Brothers tour dates

On the 8th & 9th of April Yohimbe Brothers are going to play for 2 days @ the Blue Note in NYC after hours in Blue Note's Midnight Groove series

Masque is going to play in Colorado April 16th. (Cooper Mountain)

Masque is going to start work soon on it's 2nd record for Favored Nations

Living Colour is going to play Jazzfest in New Orleans

I've completed work on my 3rd album production of James Blood Ulmer for Hyena Records entitled Birthright

I'll be sitting as guest guitarist touring with The Roots during the month of June

I'm continuing work on the score for the upcoming PBS documentary `Almost Home'

I'm continuing work on my multimedia computer animated work `Artificial Afrika'
